We have 6 weeks left in 2021. I always get a surge of clients before Thanksgiving 🦃 I always love working with these clients. They are ready to change their life now, and aren’t waiting until after the holidays to get started.

Here is the thing…the holidays are a crazy time. But, life is always going to have something come up, life is always going to crazy. Waiting for the right time to get started is never going to come. If you are stressed and tired, taking time for yourself to get healthy is the only thing that is going to give you more energy, help you sleep, and reduce your stress ♥️

Just a reminder to start today. Waiting until things calm down and you have time to workout is never going to happen. Make the choice to make yourself a priority today. You can’t show up as the best version of yourself for your kids, partner, work, and friends if you are depleted and in survival mode.
