We actually started with a pull-up max out. Seeing how many we could do and then we are going to check in each week and see how we are progressing. We did our push-ups max out and logged that last night.

For pull-ups, I am starting with a jump up a 4 second decline. I used the blue @hopefitnessgear band as well 😉

But now I have a starting point 🙌

Instagram post 18012204466417669 I woke up and started looking at Instagram again and felt myself falling back into the same cycle as yesterday…scroll, cry, anger, repeat. I knew I need to ground myself and move my body so I could process all of the intense emotions I am feeling right now 💕

I decided to walk over to my friend and yoga teacher @soph_a yoga class through @ommmyogaclub at Bird Park (Morley Field). For one, I knew @soph_a would address everything that is going on, she would hold space for us while we practiced yoga, and I knew there would be a community of people who were also hurting right now, and we could hold space for each other. 

That is exactly what happened. @soph_a set the tone with a great intention, to Move with Intellegence…and then we did. We moved, disconnected and reconnected, and processed. We had a wonderful discussion as a community after. 

I am leaving feeling more present, less reactive, and ready to move with intelligence ♥️

Instagram post 18171003241210181 My heart is so heavy right now. I feel so much compassion for those who live in states where their basic medical rights have been stripped away from them. I am just so sad right now 💔 To force someone to have a child against the will in inhumane.  Abortion is healthcare.
