How to Create the Perfect Home Gym

Want to learn how to create the perfect home gym? This has been a huge topic with my clients over the past fews months, and even more so now that it looks like covid is going to be with us through 2020. I have worked with my in-person, (now virtual zoom), personal training clients, as well as my online training clients to create the perfect home gym for each of them.

I think we can all agree that 2020 has been a year of  transitions, change and challenges.  One of the biggest transitions for me has been going from training 95% of my clients in person, to training 100% of my clients via Virtual (Zoom) Training and Online Training using my Ashley Lane App. I found out we were in lockdown on a Thursday and I was training all my clients via Zoom on Monday…talk about having to pivot!

One the best things to come out of this year of uncertainty, is the opportunity to work with and help more clients, especially those who are not in San Diego. I have expanded my Online Training business, offering custom workout plans, cardio programming, meal plans, and 24/7 accountability through my Ashley Lane App. Nothing makes me happier then being able to help someone reach a goals. Seeing my clients become stronger and more confident is why I created Ashley Lane.
