How to Get Fitness Results: 5 Reasons You are Not Working OutMaybe it happened on December 31st, 2020. After a year of quarantine, you decided 2021 was finally going to be your year. You made a New Year’s resolution to workout regularly, eat healthily, and finally get those fitness results you’ve always wanted. But nearly halfway into the year, you realize you are not working out like you planned. If this sounds like you, the first thing to know is that you are not alone. Establishing a consistent fitness routine is hard! But, when you identify the things in your life that keep you from getting your desired fitness results, you can overcome them. Here are the 5 reasons you are not working out and what you can do about it. 

1. You Aren’t Sure What to do During Your Workouts

Does trying to come up with a fitness plan feel overwhelming to you? Maybe you’ve searched Google to learn some new exercises but you aren’t even sure you’re doing them right! Or you hop on YouTube looking for an easy workout program to follow, but the generalized exercise routines aren’t giving you the fitness results you want.
