Power Up Your Legs & Core: Round 1
- 20 Each Leg Weighted Walking Lunges
These weighted lunges will engage your glutes, quads, and hamstrings while boosting your balance and coordination. - 12-15 Each Side Superman Planks
A great move for improving core stability while also working your lower back and shoulders for a full-body burn. - 30-45 Seconds 180 Jumps or Box/Step Jumps
Whether you’re looking for an explosive cardio boost or a leg strength challenge, these jumps will hit your legs, glutes, and calves.
Sculpt and Define with Targeted Movements: Round 2
- 20 Each Leg Low Lunge Leg Taps
Add balance and strength with these low lunges. Tapping your foot out at different angles activates your glutes and inner thighs. - 12-15 Each Side Side Plank Crunches
Combine core stability and oblique strength with side plank crunches, targeting your abs and improving your posture. - 45 Seconds Sumo Pulses with Heel Lift
Engage your inner thighs and glutes with sumo pulses while lifting your heels for added challenge. Hold a weight for extra intensity.
Finish Strong with Full-Body Strength: Round 3
- 15 Each Leg Weighted Curtsy Lunges
Target your glutes and outer thighs with curtsy lunges, a great move to sculpt your lower body and improve balance. - 12-15 Feet-Hand Pass Off (with Large Exercise Ball)
