Whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned pro, this circuit-style workout will challenge you while focusing on toning your arms, shoulders, chest, and core. Let’s jump right in and feel the burn!

 

Power & Precision: Full Body Strength & Toning with FitCrew

 

Start strong with moves that fire up your whole body, targeting the chest, core, and legs.

  • 1 minute Jumping Jacks or Jump Squats
    Kickstart your heart rate with this cardio move—choose between Jumping Jacks or Jump Squats to work your legs and burn calories.
  • 12-15 Alternating Arm/Leg Full Body Sit-up
    A dynamic core workout that engages your abs, legs, and arms. Focus on control as you bring your arm and leg together.
  • 12-15 Each Arm Chest Press (one at a time)
    Strengthen your chest and shoulders while working one arm at a time. This isolates the muscles for deeper focus and control.
