- 8-12 each way Plank to Forearms (keet hips level)
- 20 Jump Squats
- 12-15 ea arm Renegade Rows (modification on knees)
Round 3
- 12-15 ea arm Preacher Curl (one arm at a time use the inside of you leg)
- 12-15 Shoulder Press
- 12-15 Standing Tricep Extension
