Welcome to FitCrew by Ashley Lane’s Upper Body Workout #19! This is your go-to session for a killer upper body burn that will sculpt your shoulders, arms, and core while boosting your endurance and strength. Designed to be challenging yet accessible, this circuit workout focuses on shaping your muscles and building the lean, defined look so many of us aim for. With a mix of strength and endurance moves, this workout is perfect for anyone who wants to get results and feel empowered.

Why This Workout Works

A good upper body workout is essential not only for sculpting muscles but also for building a balanced physique that supports everything from better posture to greater core stability. Whether you’re aiming to tone your arms, increase your strength, or simply feel more confident, this workout brings it all together.

Power Start: Round 1

  • 1 Minute Air Boxing with Weights
    Grab light weights and get ready to feel the burn as you punch it out! Air boxing is fantastic for endurance, coordination, and warming up your shoulders and arms.
  • 15 Reverse Flys
    This exercise strengthens the upper back and rear shoulders, giving you better posture and a balanced shoulder shape.
  • 15 Tricep Dips
    Tricep dips target the back of your arms to create a sleek, toned look while building strength.

Challenge Zone: Round 2

  • Max Out Push-Ups
    Push-ups are a classic move for a reason. They engage your chest, shoulders, triceps, and core, delivering results that help build upper body strength fast.
  • 12-15 Side V-Ups
    Side V-ups are great for the obliques, giving you core stability and strength to support other upper body moves.
  • 15 Each Way Bicep Curls
    Grab a pair of dumbbells and work each arm to create balanced strength and toned biceps.

Final Push: Round 3

  • 45 Seconds Mountain Climbers
    Mountain climbers add a high-intensity cardio element, working your arms and core while boosting your heart rate.
  • 15 Full Body V-Ups
    This move challenges your abs and engages your whole body, leaving no muscle untouched.
  • 12-15 Upright Rows
    Upright rows target your shoulders and upper back, helping create that sculpted upper body look.

Repeat 3x for Maximum Impact!
Run through each round three times for the ultimate strength and endurance boost. By the time you’re done, you’ll feel stronger and more energized!
