“My Workouts” Tab
The “My Workouts” tab is where you’ll see your current program’s exercise plan. This includes new workouts every week, designed to help you accomplish your fitness goals. I also host special programs throughout the year, like the ALFitCrew Challenges, which will appear under the “My Workouts” tab if you choose to join. New workouts are added to the “My Workouts” tab every week to keep your fitness routine exciting and working to help you build a strong, toned, confident body.
How to Do Your Workouts on the Women’s Fitness App
Simply click the workout you want to do and read the instructions. Then press “START,” and it’ll take you to the next page, which tells you what exercises to do and how many times to do them. This page also includes a preview loop video that automatically pops up for each exercise to show you how to do it. Hit the check mark every time you complete an exercise in the workout plan until you make it to the end. Every ALFitCrew workout takes 25-45 minutes and can be done at home or the gym.
The “Library” tab gives you access to 100s of on-demand workouts. You can do all ALFitCrew workouts on your own, whenever it works into your schedule. Every workout plan is categorized, so you can easily find the type of exercise you want. That could be a 30-minute upper body workout, a 24-minute booty burner workout, or a 20-minute cardio blast. The “Library” tab also includes videos of various stretches to aid in recovery and space to track your non-ALFitCrew activities, like walking, hiking, and yoga.
Get access to all of the ALFitCrew workout programs and challenges in one place on the “Programs” tab. You will always have access to past challenges and programs once you purchase them. This tab is the easiest way to revisit your favorite programs and workouts!
Your “Profile” tab helps keep you accountable and track your progress in four key areas:
- Workouts: Every workout you complete is tracked here.
- Nutrition: You can use this tab to track your water intake. I recommend using MyFitnessPal if you want to track your food. (Add me as a friend: AshleyLaneFitness!)
- Progress: You have the option to use this tab to track your weight loss or gain.
- Info: General information like your age, height, and weight, fitness goals, and daily targets helps me design workouts for you to achieve your desired physique.
One of the benefits of the ALFitCrew women’s fitness app is that it combines at-home workout plans and LIVE workouts. You’re not required to attend the live workouts. However, participating when you can is a great way to connect with other women in the program and keep yourself accountable. I film every live workout and upload them to the “Library” tab, so you can complete them anytime you like.
